Birthkeeping

I view birth as a natural, beautiful, spiritual and sacred experience, and I hold your birth space as so.
​A Birthkeeper, in my view is someone who holds space, educates and supports women through fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I will provide information to help you make decisions in order to achieve your goal of a natural and empowering birth.
To me, it is true traditional midwifery, not medicalized and regulated midwifery. However, I do not provide any medical assistance or prenatal care. I do offer my clients a course to educate themselves on doing their own prenatal care if they choose to do so and have tools they can use themselves.

I believe every woman deserves and can benefit from a Birthkeeper.

The Fae Package

This is the Ultimate Package!
  • Unlimited support through text, video or email to answer any questions or concerns you may have and provide information and resources throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum from the time of hire until 6 weeks after birth
  • 4 prenatal visits to get to know each other and go over physiological birth education, breastfeeding education, birth plan, baby positioning exercises, labor positions and practice
  • Access to H.E.R.B.A.L. Assisted Birth or Free-birth course​
  • 2 prenatal massages during visits
  • On-call for labor starting at 37 weeks
  • Continuous labor and birth support from the start of active labor, upon your request, in which I will provide comfort measures and advocate your birth desires
  • 2 hours post-birth support to assist in breastfeeding and to help advocate your post-birth requests
  • 1 postpartum visit in which I will provide a meal, we will talk about your birth experience, and I can assist in additional breastfeeding support, help with baby, light household duties or sibling help

    • 1 Postpartum visit between 2- 3 weeks that will include a postpartum massage
    • 1 Postpartum visit between 4-5 weeks that will include a closing ceremony & chakra balance

Virtual Services

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, I am offering discounted virtual doula support
  • Unlimited support through text, video or email to answer any questions or concerns you may have and provide information and resources throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum from the time of hire until 6 weeks after birth
  • 3 virtual prenatal visits to get to know each other, go over physiological birth education, birth plan, baby positioning exercises, labor positions and practice
  • Access to H.E.R.B.A.L. Assisted Birth or Free-Birth course
  • Virtual on-call for labor starting at 37 weeks
  • Continuous virtual labor and birth support from the start of active labor upon your request, pain relief strategy suggestions for your birth team to apply
  • Post-birth support to assist initiating breastfeeding and to help your birth team advocate your post-birth requests
  • 2 virtual postpartum visits in which we will talk about your birth experience, recovery, newborn care and any additional breastfeeding support

  • Access to H.E.R.B.A.L. assisted birth course or free birth course
  • On-call for labor starting at 37 weeks
  • Continuous labor and birth support from the start of active labor upon your request,
  • 2 hours post-birth support to assist in breastfeeding and to help advocate your post-birth requests
  • 1 postpartum visit in which I will provide a meal, we will talk about your birth experience, and I can assist in additional breastfeeding support, help with baby, light household duties or sibling help

Postpartum Healing

  • 1 pre-birth meeting to discuss your specific needs and desires
  • 2 hours immediate post-birth support to assist in breastfeeding and to help advocate your requests.
  • 1 Postpartum visit in first week in which I will provide a meal, we will talk about your birth experience, I can assist in additional breastfeeding support, help with baby, light household duties or sibling help
  • 1 Postpartum visit between 2- 3 weeks that will include a postpartum massage
  • 1 Postpartum visit between 4-5 weeks that will include a closing ceremony & chakra balance
  • 1 Postpartum visit a 6 weeks that will include a yoni steam
