4 prenatal visits to get to know each other and go over physiological birth education, breastfeeding education, birth plan, baby positioning exercises, labor positions and practice

Continuous labor and birth support from the start of active labor, upon your request, in which I will provide comfort measures and advocate your birth desires
2 hours minimum post-birth support to assist in breastfeeding and to help advocate your post-birth requests
1 postpartum visit in which I will provide a meal, we will talk about your birth experience, and I can assist in additional breastfeeding support, help with baby, light household duties or sibling help
